Creating e-commerce portals for Bespokely’s clients

While working at Bespokely I created bespoke e-commerce portals for their clients, which included companies like Twitter, Spotify, Hello Fresh, Silicon Valley Bank, Netflix, LTI, Dojo, Anglo American and PayPal.

With Shopify as a platform I liaised with the clients to create a portal that fit their needs. The purpose of the portals was to distribute internal or external gifts, created and shipped by Bespokely.

For these projects I designed the UX, graphics, wrote snippets of code, and more.

A few examples

Netflix

In partnership with Sky, Netflix commissioned a portal from Bespokely where the employees of Sky can claim products which they have collected points for through an employee benefits scheme.

Dojo

Similar to the Netflix portal, Dojo are using their portal for an employee benefits scheme. The portal is linked to an HR app which has been automated to send out anniversary gifts determined by tenure.

Twitter (pre rebrand)

The Twitter portal functions as a regular e-commerce shop would. Twitters CX team logs on to the portal, chooses their gift(s), adds them to the basket and checks out. Bespokely then fulfils the order and ships it the Twitters clients.

Silicon Valley Bank

The SVB portal is by for the most complicated one I built and functions as an e-commerce platform where the account managers log on and order gifts for the company’s clients. It features more complicated changes to the code with a bespoke check out page and login page. I curated the collections myself and sourced products for this client.

LTI

This portal for technology company LTI is designed to let employees log on to and choose which gift they would like to receive from their employer as an anniversary gift. Bespokely handles the fulfilment and any personalisation in house.
